80% Nutrition 20% Fitness




Q: 80/20. Been wondering...How do we measure 80% nutrition n 20 % exercise to total health contributions? The two are of different units of measurement if there is any for nutrition. It can't be just calorific counts...

A: It's a broad guideline indication that in our effort to build a Healthy Active Lifestyle, should be divided into 80% about NUTRITION (what, how much and when do we eat everyday) and 20% of our effort on fitness/exercise. Driven by a 100% mindset of living Healthy and Active for life

So it's just a measure of the proportion of our daily focus and effort.
The idea to help people who just focus 100% of their effort on calorie control or exercise alone.

Q: Gout sufferers can't take nuts
A: Gout is a poor lifestyle condition. Change it with healthy active lifestyle and GOOD NUTRITION to support the body self healing. InshAllah uric acid will return to healthy levels. Then you can enjoy eating anything in moderation.
