Why Our Hair Turns Gray When We Gets Old?

That is because,

Hair turns gray as a result of a chemical chain reaction that causes hair to bleach itself from the inside out.

The process starts when there is a dip in levels of an enzyme called catalase. That catalase shortfall means that the hydrogen peroxide that naturally occurs in hair can't be broken down. So hydrogen peroxide builds up in the hair, and because other enzymes that would repair hydrogen peroxide's damage are also in short supply, the hair goes gray.

Something to tell...

Today, when I returned from work I found that the driver seat door unlocked and my fm modulator was stolen. WTF!Even tough there was CCTV around there are still bad ppl doing bad stuff ne... I don't get the chance to ask the guard house coz I'm too lazy to go coz it's...quite far...But one funny thing...only my fm modulator was stolen. I don't know why he can take all the money if he want or even my pouch bag with a teddy in it(LOL - actually it was given by the company but idk why would such a large company gave a teddy for new year. CASH please~!! LOL)I'm gonna go to the guard house tomorrow. I don't care much about the stolen modulator but I just hope they would monitor the parking lot so that such thing won't happen to anyone else.Anyway, just a day after I'm able to work at normal working hours...(i'd mentioned this in my previous entry).Another person had quit and I was picked to replace him. And now, even though I'm now working at the office(air-cond ah~) but it's been really miserable to me. I only got a 5 hours training(instead of 2 weeks) and on the next day, they(the administrator peps) had to put me, replacing that boy, immediately. Even though it went well but...I dont' like it. I hate it! Damn! Thank god that I survived....To get such trouble to start 2009 is not a good thing...Aahhhh~(sigh)Tonight I'm gonna go to a class with a new friend to study about Koran. I already attend the 1st session last week. It was nice and very interesting.^_^If you guys had some time, watch 'the arrivals' & 'alex jones bohemian' at youtube.BTW, I got a new neighbour...a chinese...i think he's a single parent(coz i've never c his wife...). But he kills our(the neighbourhood mango tree!! how cruel!)

I actually have a wonderful night on 30th Dec Last year. I think it's like a very good kick-start for 2009. The night at De Rhu is fun although I kinda depress for not having a night I wish it supposed to be; tired of work & can't give my best. But THANKS Kuan~!! (^_^)b It's was such a nice meeting. It's just I feel kinda aweful not to be able to give you a proper 'good bye' that day.

Today I start my day with a breakfast at PizzaHut @ shopping at EC Mall(I'm looking for a new headphone...hehehe) and before the weather turns bad, I got a chance to go to Telok Chempedak with my parent n siblings to enjoy the sight of the beautiful beach.

It's been a long time haven't been there.Very nostalgic~

Cold Soba Set

Yesterday, I went to a japanese restaurant at the town after a long time haven't go there.
It's just the two of us since the other friend of us haven't return to this town yet.
Initially, we actually don't know what else to do that day than go to our hi-school which we study 6 years ago.
Things haven't change much. Somewhat our youth memories still there and the feeling moved as we can see few student doing their revision for exam today, which is the last.

Anyway, after few minutes deciding, we finally made our decision to go to the Japanese restaurant. Seems like the workers japanese are getting better.
The menu were still the same, that made us easier to choose which cuisine we haven't try yet.
So I pick the cold soba(buckwheat noodle) set while my friend pick the Saba(mackerel) BBQ set.
Mine comes with a plate of soba with light taste soup, a cup of sweet corns, fried tempura ebi(prawn), yam & green beans, a bottle of yakult(I haven't drink this type of drink for almost like a year!) and a pair of inari(beancurd sushi) as desert.
It's really good. I liked how the soba taste when it mixed with the soup. It taste really light and if it's ideally warm I probably could reach the sky!
