Healthy Diet 90days plan

Last Sunday we were promoted to a challenge. The game is the person who get the best physical result deserve a vacation at local 5 star hotel.
Sounds quite promising. I'm interested with the health plan not much of the prize though. But it would be fun if we all do it together right?
